About Us

Our Team

Integrity, Transparency, and Passion

A real estate private equity sponsor based in Pinehurst, NC, specializing in multifamily assets that deliver stabilized income and capital preservation. Our investors are family, friends, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices focused on acquiring multifamily assets as a dividend strategy that does not correlate to the broader markets.

The management team has significant experience in real estate and launched Aquila Multifamily with considerable experience in stressful situations that can systematically work through economic and unforeseen challenges.

Coast x Coast

Coast x Coast

In October 2012, a team of Special Operations members raided a house in northern Afghanistan in search of a High-Value Individual (HVI). Immediately after their helicopters landed, the team came under intense machine gun fire. Ryan Savard rushed towards the gunfire to suppress the threat and defend his teammates but was killed while defending his teammates so they could safely get off their helicopters. Two other team members were wounded that night while attempting to provide medical aid to Ryan.

Our Mission is to honor the fallen U.S. Special Operations Forces and enhance the quality of life of wounded members.
